Are modules compatible with PrestaShop 9? ▾

Yes. All modules are developed and tested on both PrestaShop 8 and 9. The zero override architecture makes cross-version compatibility far more reliable — modules don't depend on internal PS code that changes between versions.

What does "zero override" actually mean in practice? ▾

No Astralith module modifies PrestaShop core files (classes, controllers, or templates). All functionality is implemented through native PS hooks and extension points. Your core is untouched, predictable, and safe to update at any time.

How does the annual license work? ▾

The annual license covers downloads, updates, and support for 12 months. After expiry you can renew, or simply keep using the last downloaded version — we don't remotely disable modules at expiry.

Is support available in English? ▾

Yes. Astralith Labs provides direct support in both Italian and English. You deal with the developers themselves, not an outsourced helpdesk or support bot.

Can I use one license on multiple stores? ▾

Each license covers a single PrestaShop installation. Multi-store or agency licensing is available — contact us directly to discuss your specific use case and we'll find the right arrangement.

Are modules GDPR compliant? ▾

Yes. All Astralith modules are designed with GDPR in mind. No personal data is sent to external servers. Modules that handle customer data do so entirely within your PrestaShop installation.
