Before and after

Opening the back office
should not mean confusion.

PrestaShop's native statistics exist — but they don't answer. Astrastatistic turns the very act of opening the back office into a moment of clarity, not chaos.

✗  Without Astrastatistic
🌊 A thousand columns, a thousand rows, no clear direction
"What is really selling this month?" — no quick answer
🔄 Data scattered across different sections, impossible to compare
🌐 Multilingual catalogue: the same product counted multiple times
📉 Low stock discovered only when the customer orders
🤷 "I think it's going well" — decisions without data
✓  With Astrastatistic
📊 Dashboard in a single screen: everything that matters, instantly
📈 KPIs with automatic comparison with the previous period — up or down?
🗂️ 7 dedicated tabs: every answer in its place
🌐 Aggregation by product ID — no product counted twice
🚨 Stock alerts with configurable threshold — discovered before, not after
🎯 Open, look, know what to do

The dashboard

Every piece of data in its place.
Every answer one tab away.

KPIs with previous period comparison

Every metric shows the percentage change compared to the equivalent previous period — automatically. Up or down? You know in a second, without Excel.

Interactive charts with Chart.js

Revenue trends, order trends, geographic distribution. Readable charts, not decorative ones. Integrated in the back office with no external dependencies.

CSV export for every section

Export product, category, brand or order data directly to CSV with a configurable delimiter. Ready for Excel, Google Sheets or your management system.

Correct handling of multilingual catalogues

Aggregation by product ID — not by name. The same product with a different name in Italian and English is counted only once. Clean data, not inflated.

The 7 dashboard tabs

Every answer in its place.
Every section, a decision.

Not one chaotic screen. Seven dedicated views, each designed to answer a precise question every merchant asks every day.

Tab 01

Overview — KPIs and summary

Revenue, orders, average value, margin, unique customers — all with percentage change vs previous period. The business summary shows top product by revenue, top product by profit and top category.

Revenue Orders Margin ∆% period Top product
Tab 02

Products — revenue, cost, margin

Products ranked by orders, quantity sold, revenue, cost, profit and percentage margin. Aggregation by product ID: no translated product counted as a separate entity.

Revenue Cost Profit Margin % Export CSV
Tab 03

Categories — performance by area

Category analysis by orders, products involved, revenue, cost, profit and margin. Discover which area of the catalogue performs, which slows down, where to act.

By category No. of products Revenue Margin %
Tab 04

Brand — analysis by manufacturer

Same metrics as categories, aggregated by brand/manufacturer. Identify which brands bring real margin and which inflate revenue without impacting profit.

By brand Orders Revenue Profit
Tab 05

Orders — full paginated table

Paginated order list (25 per page) with order number, customer, date, net/gross total, status. Each row has a direct link to the order in PrestaShop. Filterable by configurable statuses.

Paginated Direct link Net/Gross Order status
Tab 06

Geography — distribution by country

Chart and table of orders by country. Discover where your store is growing: the country you overlooked is exploding, the main market is slowing. Data that drives campaigns.

By country Orders Revenue Chart
Tab 07

Stock — low stock alerts

Product table with stock below the configurable threshold (default: 5 units). With reference, EAN, available quantity and alert flag. Don't discover stockouts from the customer — discover them first.

What you really feel

Don't collect data.
Make decisions.

You're not buying a dashboard. You're buying the feeling of finally understanding what's happening in your store — and knowing what to do.

Clarity

Opening the back office doesn't mean chaos

A thousand numbers, a thousand columns, no answer. Astrastatistic transforms data into direction. Every tab answers a precise question. Open, look, know.

Discovery

The most powerful moment: discover what you didn't know

The product you thought was strong isn't selling. The category you ignored is exploding. The country you overlooked is growing. Data serves this purpose — to make you see what you can't see.

Confidence

The end of decisions made "by feel"

"I think it sells." "I think the customer wants this." "I think it's going well." No. Look. Decide. Move. Data replaces unverified instinct.

Connection

Finally your store speaks to you

Every order. Every category. Every product. Every movement. The store tells a story. Astrastatistic translates it into a language you can use to make decisions.

Action

Time spent analysing becomes useful

How many times: open report, look, close, change nothing. Astrastatistic should bring you to say: "ok, now I know what to do." The data must generate an action, not a feeling.

Mastery

The store stops feeling random

Because you start to see: why a product sells, why a category slows down, why a brand grows, why stock stalls. Randomness becomes structure.

Vision

Opportunities start to appear

When the data is clear, something strange happens: you start seeing money where you used to see rows. An undervalued category. An overlooked country. A bundle not yet created.

Control

The best part

You open the back office. And instead of asking "what is happening?" you start asking "what do we do now?" This is the shift from reactive merchant to strategic merchant.

Frequently asked questions

Got questions?
Here are the answers.

How are products with multiple translations handled?

Astrastatistic aggregates data by product ID, not by product name. This means that the same product with a different name in Italian, English and French is counted as a single product in the statistics — with revenue, orders and margin summed correctly. No artificial inflation of metrics for multilingual stores.

How does the comparison with the previous period work?

The Overview KPIs automatically show the percentage change compared to the equivalent previous period. If you're looking at "1–21 May 2026", the comparison is with "1–21 April 2026". The change is calculated server-side on every dashboard load, for every metric (revenue, orders, average value, margin, unique customers). Green arrow = growing, red arrow = declining.

Which order statuses are included in the statistics?

From the module configuration you can select which order statuses to include in the statistics calculation. By default the "completed" and "delivered" statuses are included, but you can add or remove any PrestaShop status. This allows you to exclude cancelled or refunded orders and have clean metrics.

How does the stock alert work?

The Stock tab shows products with available quantity below a configurable threshold (default: 5 units). The table includes code, name, reference, EAN13/UPC and available quantity for every product in alert. It updates in real time on every tab load. No automatic reorder — but no surprise from undetected stock exhaustion.

Can I export data to Excel?

Yes. CSV export is available for the products, categories, brand and orders sections. The delimiter (default: semicolon) and enclosure character are configurable from the settings panel. The generated file is compatible with Excel, LibreOffice Calc and any application that reads standard CSV.

Does the module work with PrestaShop 9?

Yes. Astrastatistic is developed and tested on PrestaShop 8.x and 9.x, declared compatible from PS 8.0.0 to 9.99.99. The hook-only architecture ensures resilience to core updates.

What does the annual licence include?

The annual licence at €129 includes: full use of the module for 1 PrestaShop store, all updates released within 12 months, access to the Astralith Update Center, dedicated technical support and all future improvements. No hidden costs.
